My first rejection letter.
It feels as bad as I expected... especially considering I didn't expect a rejection. It just goes to show you, contrary to what I've come to learn in the past twenty years of my life, confidence doesn't take you everywhere.
Honestly, it really makes me question what I'm doing in this position. How did I get here? And how am I going to get any further?
God only knows.
